By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies. ​

Cancellation Policy.

I understand unforeseen events can happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. 7 days notice must be given to allow me to adjust my schedule. This is a necessity in order to allow me to accommodate other clients. Any less than 7 days notice, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full amount for the service you are booked in for. Failure to do so will result in you being blacklisted (ie, you will be unable to book in with me again) until this has been paid.

For special occasions such as Debs, Graduations, New Year’s Eve, etc. deposits are non – refundable and non – transferable from the time of booking with no exceptions.

ALL appointments require a deposit:

Deposits are deducted from your treatment price on the day.

Makeup – €15

Lash Extensions – €20

Bridal – Ask for more details.

1:1 Lessons – Deposit differs based on the lesson. Ask for more details.

 

No Shows, Lateness & Refunds.

• If for any reason you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be put to another booking in the future. In addition to losing your deposit, you will also be charged the remaining balance of your appointment. Also, you will be blacklisted and will not be able to book an appointment with me again until this has been paid.

• If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still finish at the allocated end time of your appointment. This is to ensure that I do not run late for the next client, as this will put me behind schedule for the rest of the day. You will still be charged the full amount of the service.

• I do not provide refunds for any service(s) and/or gift vouchers purchased. If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed service, please reach out to me to discuss it in further detail.

 

Patch Tests.

• Patch tests are required for Eyelash Extensions & Lash Lift appointments.

• Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

• It is up to you to get in contact with me to book your patch test. If you do not book your patch test in, your appointment will be cancelled  & your deposit will be lost.

• I am not available on Sundays & Mondays, as well as during busier periods. Please take this into account when booking in.

• Patch tests are non-negotiable.

 

Lash Extensions.

• I do not provide lash extensions to any person under the age of 16. Anyone under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a consent form at the time of service, witnessed by me.

• If you develop an irritation with your lash extensions within the first 48 hours of having them applied, I will remove them free of charge.

• I do not infill another technician’s work.

• Lash extension infills are based on up to no longer than 3 weeks and must contain at least 40% of the extensions left on.

• Please ensure that all eye-makeup is removed and that you have clean lashes prior to your eyelash extension appointment.

• If you wear contact lenses, please bring a contact case as they can’t be worn during the lash application process.

• Please do not drink any liquids before your appointment as you won’t be able to use the bathroom during your lash treatment.

• If you need to tint your lashes please do so at least 48 hours before lash application.

• Patch test for lash extensions is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Makeup.

• Any skin conditions or sensitivities of the client(s) should be reported to me prior to application.

• If I believe that the client has any open facial wounds and/or a skin condition that could be infected or unsanitary, I have the right to refuse service to that client.

• Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup on as removing this will run into your appointment time.

Liability.

• Any skin condition should be reported by the client to myself prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

• Client(s) agree to release me from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

 

Right to Refuse Service.

If I feel uncomfortable, threatened, or verbally abused in any way, you will be asked to leave the premises without completion of service(s).

Additional Info.

• I have a very small studio space so please refrain from bringing multiple friends/family to your appointments.

• All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary.

• All products are sanitised between every makeup application.
