Do you do call-outs?
No, I do not provide a call-out service.
Do you work out of hours (including Sundays)?
Yes, I do on request. Please send me a DM on Instagram or email hello@ciaramua.com to enquire. Please note, I only provide Makeup services out of hours ie., not lashes.
Eyelash Extensions
What brand of Lash Extensions do you use?
I use Velvet Lashes by Daria which are cruelty-free.
Is a patch test required for lash extensions?
Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Is there an age restriction for lash extensions?
Yes, I do not provide this service to any person under the age of 16. Anyone under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or guardian sign a consent form at the time of service, witnessed by me.
When will I need a refill?
A refill is required between 2-3 weeks and you must have at least 40% of the lashes remaining. This does not include grown-out lashes.
Please note: If there is any less than 40% a full set will be charged.
Lash Lift + Tint
Is there an age restriction for Lash Lifts?
Yes, you must be over the age of 18.
Are there any other restrictions?
I do not provide the service to anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, has had recent lasik surgery or chemotherapy within the last 6 months.
I have watery eyes, can I still get this treatment?
If you have watery eyes, I would suggest to not get this treatment done as the products will not work if they touch water.
Is a patch test required for lash lift?
Patch tests are required at least 48 hours prior. You cannot receive the treatment without a clear patch test result on all the products used.
How long does a Lash Lift last?
A Lash Lift will last from up to 6-8 weeks but can vary from person to person.
Makeup
What makeup products do you use?
I only use the best makeup brands in my kit to ensure that performance is of the highest quality. The main brands that I use are Nars, Mac, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Bperfect Cosmetics and Charlotte Tilbury.
Why are lashes included in the price?
In my opinion, I think false lashes complete every look. You can choose between strip or individual lashes.
You may opt out if you do not want false lashes, however, the price will remain the same.
How long will my makeup last?
Your makeup will last all day without needing any touch-ups, apart from the exception of lips (due to eating, drinking, etc.). As a professional makeup artist, I can ensure that your makeup looks the same from application until you need to take it off at the end of the day.
